A LITTLE FIELD GUIDE

Get to the flag.
Enjoy the detours.

Roll a d6 and travel that many spaces in one of eight directions. Fairway adds one; sand subtracts one (minimum one). You can always putt one space instead.

Fly over water, but never land in it. Only full shots from fairway can clear trees. Crossing the cup holes your ball. Full shots follow safe slope arrows; putts ignore them.

You get one free re-roll on each tee shot and six mulligans per round. Each valid shot costs one stroke and passes the turn. Invalid shots cost nothing.

Everyone plays the same course. Private rooms offer 3, 6 or 9 holes and 30, 60, 90 or 120-second turns. Daily challenges use nine holes and 90 seconds. Lowest total wins. A hole ends at 12 strokes. If your turn timer expires, one stroke is added and play moves on. The host starts the game; anyone can advance after everyone finishes a hole.

Rooms last 24 hours. Your place is saved in this browser: reopen the invite to reconnect. Clearing cookies loses your seat. Leaving a started round marks unfinished holes as 12.

Hosts can start a rematch with the same group on a fresh course. Spectator links let friends watch without joining; spectators cannot take shots or send reactions. Presence is approximate: connected, reconnecting, or away. Daily challenge names and completed scores are public; one ranked attempt per browser each London day.

Keyboard: Space to roll, P to toggle putt, arrow keys to aim, Enter to shoot. Room scores are coordinated by the server.
